Decay pattern mapping

Execution of the material decay survey aimed at determining the state of deterioration and physical-mechanical alteration of the materials. Based on the available architectural geometric survey, the degradation mapping activity involves the graphic representation in plan and elevation where available of the main defects and pathologies of a physical and chemical nature, which describe a structurally altered state or can lead to the mechanical capabilities of the structural organism to a decrease over time. Every state of alteration possibly leading to decay of the resistant characteristics of the structure is described. Technical references: Stone materials and plasters.
