Crack pattern survey

The purpose of the crack pattern survey is to identify the main critical issues of the surveyed elements from a constructive and structural point of view. Based on the available architectural geometric survey, the mapping of the crack pattern includes the graphic representation in plan and elevation, where available, of the apparent critical issues of a mechanical nature. In particular, the crack pattern is described according to increasing levels of importance, the presence of structurally significant alterations such as out of plumb, bulging or subsidence, and any other state of alteration that may correspond to the deterioration of the resistant characteristics of the structure.
